Thematic Learning
Each month your child will be intro-duced to a new theme. All areas of learning are incorporated into these themes. Themes are selected according to seasons, holidays and age appropriate interests. Every year your child’s curriculum will revolve around a new set of themes. Children will be able to base new knowledge on previous theme work.
Staff
A certified teacher and an experienced assistant teach each class. Our Music and Dance Programs are taught by adults who specialize in these areasScience and Nature
There is a strong emphasis on science and nature. Children learn about planting, seeds and parts of a plant. The children explore the world around them using all five senses and participate in basic science experiments.
Field Trips
Field trips are scheduled bi-monthly and usually relate to the theme that your child’s class is learning about. This is a fun and exciting way for your child to learn about new experiences. We ask for parent volunteers to help drive and supervise on these outings.
